Campbell international is located in kanganwal, Ludhiana and is spread in area of 2.1 acres with built up area of 40000 sq yards. We have power connection of 650 KVA and workforce of 200 workers and 20 official staff. The company has continuously expanded by adding state of art forging facilities & machining capabilities to cater to the requirements of its valuable customers.

Plant & Machinery

 

Tool Room :

Our tool room is equipped with latest machinery for making special forging dies. The tool room covers Hartford make "VMC" from Taiwan as well as electronica make EDM for making special tough profile jobs. Apart from this, various conventional machines have been installed for routine jobs. Detailed list of machines is attached.
 
   
   

Forged Shop :

Campbell has a battery of four forging hammers ranging from 0.750 ton to 2.5 ton which can make any product from 100 gms to 10 kgs.
 
   
   
   

Machine Shop :

is equipped with presses, broach machines, grinding machine, shot blast & ‘simplicity’ make automatic conveyor type heat treatment (electric) to ensure proper hardening of material.

 
   
   
   

Press Shop :

is well equipped with presses starting onward 10 ton to 250 tons for making any pressed components.
   
   
   

Welding Shop :

We are having 15 welding machines that included mig / tig welding, spot and projection welding.
   
   
   

Plating Plant :

We are having one of the most modern fully automatic plating plants for plating of spanners and other components. This plant has been developed in house.
